Our relationship with Bobby McGovern of Reservations Master began when he arranged a vacation to Egypt for us in 2008. It was a fantastic experience and we so enjoyed ourselves that we entrusted him with planning our honeymoon the following year. My husband and I enjoy unique travel experiences-we are a young and active couple who enjoy adventure travel with an emphasis on luxury. Before working with Bobby we commonly endured inconveniences such as prolonged correspondence delays during the planning stages of a trip, inexperienced or dishonest guides, inconsistent quality, and chaotic or inappropriate activity planning. Indeed, we simply thought they were always part of travelling. My husband and I once found ourselves in the beautiful city of Xi'an in China trapped with a young, part-time guide who had a nasty cold, dropped us off at the same disagreeable dinner theatre two nights in a row despite our protests, and cut our visits to magnificent historical sites short to inundate us with unwanted shopping visits to depressing factories ... We never have to worry about such experiences with Bobby. In Egypt we visited all of the country's historical sites that we had hoped to see, went on a desert safari, hiked in the Sinai and went scuba diving in the Red Sea. Bobby arranged all of this under serious time constraints. In Egypt we experienced far more than we had hoped for and we were so delighted with his unparalleled service that we now exclusively use Reservations Master for our travel needs.
With Bobby we enjoy a balanced and authentic travel experience and never need to worry about the typical safety concerns and annoyances that commonly arise with adventure travel in developing countries. On a personal level, Bobby is pleasant and amusing and his enthusiasm for his work is infectious. He is clearly passionate about travel both on and off the beaten path. He is cheerfully adept at providing timely and
knowledgeable feedback, and he is easily able to cope with unexpected client needs.
After Bobby and I planned my honeymoon to Ecuador around the anticipated timetable for my husband's broken wrist to heal, Marc-Andre was told that he'd have to endure an additional 6 weeks in a cast. Despite this setback, we did not have to cancel our honeymoon because Bobby adjusted our itinerary for us to include non-technical trekking and less strenuous outdoor activities. Knowing that Bobby has taken care of every detail, we can be completely relaxed and can focus entirely on enjoying the experience. His contacts are so personable that we are still in contact with some of them after several years! Bobby asks the right questions so that he can best meet our needs and he offers honest feedback to ensure that our itinerary will be as pleasant as possible.
Moreover, since Bobby sensibly allocates our budget during travel and arranges our travel so that we splurge where it truly makes a difference, we know that our money is well-spent. One detail I appreciate is that he always asks for our feedback after a trip to confirm customer satisfaction and he searches for ways to achieve continued excellence in his field. We would recommend Bobby to anyone who enjoys travelling and trust that he would meet the needs of travellers of all ages and interests, We are headed to Bhutan and Thailand in a few months and have every confidence that because of Bobby it will
be another trip of a lifetime!

It is with great pleasure that I give this accounting of our experiences in utilizing Bobby McGovern/Reservations Master for some amazing experiences.

 We have been fortunate enough to have Bobby arrange our adventures for over five years.  Those have ranged from Africa, to Europe, to South America, to the good old US of A!

 The itineraries have utilized nearly every form of transportation known to man: plane, boat, train, balloon, Segway, Ferrari, Vespa, horse-drawn carriage, helicopter, and, oh, yes, car (and nice cars, at that!).

 He has contacts with guide services that are absolutely top-notch.  They are engaging, knowledgeable, reliable and very caring.  As importantly, he seemingly has done everything there is to do in this world, and is able recommend wonderful options for activities to pursue.

 Sometimes our lead times have been long, sometimes they have been short.  In all cases, Bobby has developed plans and delivered amazing results.  We return from trips and our friends just shake their heads wondering when the smiles are going to come off our faces.

 There is no idea; great nor small, crazy or sane; on which he cannot build and turn it into yet another “trip of a lifetime!”
